If we were having coffee, I would be snuggled up on my couch with my favorite blanket and a freshly brewed cup of coffee, with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I would tell you how thankful I am that the work week is over and there was no rush to go anyway on Saturday…in fact we all stayed in pajamas ALL day (and loved it!).
This was a busy work week, as well as, a busy “after” work week. Several doctor appointments and religion class for the big kiddo had us running around. But I have to tell you, I made my meal plan for the week on the previous Saturday and I made dinner every night (that we were home – cheated a little with eating over my mother-in-law’s house one night). So I sat down yesterday and checked my planner for what was going on this week and planned dinner for each night, while making out a grocery list at the same time. Why I haven’t done this all along is really beyond me or I’m just lazy and tired!
Being that this was a challenging week at work, I have to tell you…I have the best co-workers/friends! They really make the day much better! I even got a lesson on Snapchat (that’s when I feel old btw, the young ones had to teach me how to use an app…ugh!) I bet all my friends are so much happier now that I know how to use it…
I would also tell you that today is my brother-in-law’s birthday…Big shout out to the old man! (LOL we will see if he reads this!) I am also going to be attending my cousin’s daughter’s baptism today and excited to see some family!
Then when I get home, it will begin to be the case of the S’Monday’s. Getting the kids and myself ready for work and school. At least Thursday is Take Your Child to Work Day so the big kiddo will be joining me for the workday and he is super excited!!
But for now, before the day begins, I will enjoy my coffee and the little bit of free time I have left in the morning!
I hope you had a good week and have a great Sunday!
